Job summary

Boly:Welch seeks a Senior Employment Law Attorney to join its litigation team in Portland, OR. The role centers on plaintiff-side employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wage-hour disputes, and civil rights work. You’ll manage cases from intake through resolution and maintain ownership of your caseload.

This is primarily in‑office with some flexibility to work from home when necessary. Oregon Bar and a JD are required, with 5–7+ years of employment‑litigation experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of litigation experience with strong employment law focus.
• Licensed to practice in Oregon (Oregon Bar).
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Interest in plaintiff-side employment litigation and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution and develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings and motions; conduct discovery and depositions.
• Attend mediations and trials; advise clients on litigation and business matters.
• Own and develop your caseload and client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners while maintaining autonomy in your practice.
