Boly:Welch partners with a national law firm in Oregon to recruit an Employment Attorney. The role targets mid- to senior-level lawyers with strong employment litigation experience and a readiness to mentor associates while engaging in business development.

You will represent employers in wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and related matters, handling the full lifecycle from pleadings to trials in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Oregon State Bar membership.
• JD (Juris Doctor) degree.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in wage/hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and leave matters from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, motions, trial preparation, and represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Counsel clients on employment matters and risk mitigation; mentor junior associates and contribute to business development.
