Jobot is recruiting a personal injury attorney for a remote-ready role serving clients in the Nashville area from Memphis or Nashville. You will manage a meaningful caseload, advocate for injured clients, and participate in a contingency-based earning structure with a competitive base salary and bonuses.

The position requires an active Tennessee law license and prior personal injury experience. You will handle cases from intake through resolution, with opportunities for meaningful courtroom

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee law license and good standing with the Tennessee Bar.
• Prior experience handling personal injury matters.
• Strong knowledge of Tennessee personal injury law and civil procedure.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Client-centered approach and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident and slip-and-fall claims.
• Conduct legal research and case investigations to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Gather, review, and analyze evidence supporting client claims.
• Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation when necessary, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Provide clients with regular updates and legal guidance throughout the life of their cases.
• Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.]
