Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its plaintiff personal injury practice in Boca Raton, FL. The attorney will manage complex litigation from intake through trial, developing case strategies with senior partners and leading hearings, depositions, and court filings.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of civil litigation experience, strong courtroom skills, and a commitment to achieving excellent results for injured clients.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar member in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years civil litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong case management, organizational abilities and independent handling of complex matters.
• Interest in developing into a first-chair trial attorney.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred or strong insurance defense litigation background.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex plaintiff personal injury litigation matters from intake through trial.
• Develop and execute case strategies with senior attorneys and firm leadership.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue substantive motions and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate as first or second chair in jury trials.
• Work closely with expert witnesses, consultants, and litigation support professionals.
• Evaluate cases, damages, liability, and settlement opportunities.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with clients.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and litigation staff.
• Manage case deadlines, court requirements, and litigation strategy effectively.
