Job summary

CyberCoders in Seattle seeks a seasoned attorney to lead high-stakes employment-related litigations, handling cases from inception to resolution. You will manage complex matters, drive strategy, and frequently appear in court, taking depositions and arguing motions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of civil litigation experience, top-notch research and writing skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Washington State with 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Experience handling wage/hour, class actions, or complex litigation preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active litigation caseload from filing through resolution.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.
• Conduct and respond to written discovery and take depositions.
• Draft, argue, and oppose motions and appear in court for hearings.
• Develop case strategy and maintain strong client relationships.
