• Able to litigate, try cases, and negotiate settlements on behalf of employees.

Responsibilities

• Client advocacy and case development.
• Drafting pleadings and filings.
• Attending court hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, etc.
• Negotiating settlements and managing deadlines.
• Screening and evaluating cases; generating new matters.
• Represent the firm in a professional light.
