Job summary

The Leach Firm is seeking a motivated paralegal to support our litigation team on civil disputes, including employment law matters. You’ll manage intake through trial, draft documents, and coordinate with clients, attorneys, and court staff.

Ideal candidates bring paralegal experience in civil litigation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload with deadlines. Proficiency in Filevine and MS Office is a plus; familiarity with e-filing preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid drafting, filing, and discovery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file documents with state and federal courts, including e-filing.
• Manage case calendars, including discovery deadlines, court dates, and statutes of limitations.
• Organize and track discovery, including document production and review.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness binders, and trial notebooks.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and vendors.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date case files.

The Leach Firm is a Growing law firm focused on employment law, representing employees in discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. We’re looking for a motivated, highly organized paralegal to join our litigation team and play a key role in moving cases forward from intake through trial.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll support our attorneys across all stages of civil litigation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, takes initiative, and thrives on keeping complex caseloads organized and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
