Qualifications

• Direct plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience involving commercial vehicles is required.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, negotiations, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters involving commercial vehicle and trucking accidents.
• Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and investigations to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to progress cases efficiently.
