You will handle cases from filing through trial, working under a Partner on a docket that includes personal injuries, wrongful deaths, and property damage from fires and environmental incidents.

The role emphasizes aggressive advocacy, rigorous case management, and collaboration with a skilled legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in HI.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff litigation, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, and fire litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle cases.
• Provide counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
