Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field; 5+ years in InfoSec
• Master's degree preferred; 3+ years in leadership roles
• Extensive PKI, cryptography, and certificate lifecycle management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PKI team, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Oversee lifecycle of digital certificates: issuance, renewal, revocation, auditing.
• Evaluate and implement automation tools (Venafi, DigiCert, Microsoft CA).
• Automate certificate lifecycles for enterprise apps and cloud environments.
• Develop and enforce certificate policies and procedures.
• Design PKI architectures including root/subordinate CAs, OCSP, and HSM integration.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and application teams for secure auth and signing services.
• Monitor certificate-related incidents and advise on mitigations.
• Provide mentorship and stay current with PKI trends and regulations.
