• Review multi-faceted, large-scale engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Produce architecture recommendations and implementation plans for leadership.
• Support deployment planning and production onboarding.
• Design and execute proof-of-concept and pilot environments for shortlisted vendors.
• Validate cryptographic discovery across certificates, keys, and protocols.
