Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead and execute quality audits on construction activities at the project site. The role includes supervising quality personnel, ensuring complete and signed documentation, and driving turnover-ready records.

Strong communication, technical knowledge, and attention to detail are essential, with extensive related experience preferred. The position requires a technical diploma and significant field experience, with additional certifications

Qualifications

Accredited technical diploma or global equivalent with 10+ years of related experience.
Strong ability to communicate with diverse audiences (management, coworkers, clients, vendors).
Ability to learn and apply local, state/provincial, and federal guidelines.
Attention to detail and time-conscious work approach.

Responsibilities

Monitor and inspect project/construction execution through audits and surveillance.
Supervise QA personnel conducting audits, examinations, inspections, surveillance, and testing.
Ensure documentation is completed, signed off, and retained for turnover and record-keeping.
Analyze and independently recommend solutions to problems per project objectives and guidelines.
Plan and organize own work assignments and tasks from management staff.
Act as Lead Auditor to plan, perform, and report quality audits on various construction activities.
