Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited two or three year diploma, plus 10 years related experience or 12 years without accreditation.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Auditor to plan, perform, and report quality audits across construction activities.
• Perform inspections and oversee documentation to support turnover and record retention.
• Develop site quality procedures and provide training to site personnel.
• Review contractor quality programs and test plans for contract compliance.
• Assist site manager with quality-related client issue resolution.
