Fluor Corporation is seeking a Site Quality professional to oversee construction quality programs across multiple disciplines on a nuclear project. You will supervise QA activities, review plans, and ensure documentation supports turnover and compliance with contracts.
Required are an accredited diploma with extensive related experience and strong communication skills. Domestic work on active construction sites with strict safety and quality standards is expected.

This position supports the project site quality programs, typically overseeing quality control activities for multiple disciplines, multiple areas, and/or multiple organizations including larger or more complex scopes of work. This position is under the direct supervision of the Site Quality Manager. The objective of this position is to assure our clients that Fluor’s project activities comply with the quality requirements stipulated in our prime contracts.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid‑point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $92,000.00 - $171,000.00
