We're seeking an experienced engineer to work with one of our major clients, a global energy company.

Overview: The Senior Pressure Vessel and Piping Engineer will bring specialized knowledge to the engineering team in the area of ISO tank containers. This includes the engineering, specification, manufacturing, maintenance, and code compliance of pressure vessels and piping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently design, specify, select, and troubleshoot process piping and pressure vessel equipment.
• Provide technical oversight to engineering contractors, reviewing their designs, calculations, specifications, schedules, and work procedures.
• Supervise equipment manufacturers, including participation in factory acceptance testing.
• Manage the lifecycle of pressure vessel and piping systems from initial design through fabrication, construction, startup, and problem resolution in the field.
• Contribute technical expertise during HAZOP studies and safety/risk evaluations.
• Develop and execute QA/QC protocols specific to piping and vessel equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Civil) or over 20 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of practical experience in pressure vessel and/or piping system engineering, including design, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning.

Skills and Abilities Required

• Perform detailed calculations to establish tank utilization and fill rates for tank volumes
• Solid oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively coordinate lead time
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D or 3D designs of ISO tank system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Outlook, etc
