Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting or engineering design technology required.
• Bachelor degree in engineering design technology preferred.
• Typically a minimum of 11 years related work experience.
• Pre-employment onboarding may include background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams to develop high‑quality engineering deliverables for complex infrastructure projects.
• Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex design challenges in a specific discipline.
• Create, modify, and maintain technical drawings using CAD, BIM, and related tools.
• Provide guidance to other engineering technicians to ensure quality and consistency with standards.
• Ensure deliverables comply with applicable codes and project standards.
