Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a supervisor to lead pipeline technical maintenance, directing electrical, electronic and mechanical technicians, and managing district projects. You will oversee problem resolution, collaborate with shared services, and support capital project commissioning.

The role emphasizes equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance and budgeting. Occasional travel and on-call readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical components for pipeline operations.
• Experience with PLCs, electrical systems, pumps, engines, motors and valves.
• Familiarity with DOT OPS regulations and operator qualifications requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to implement safety policies and use of protective equipment.
• Proficient PC skills and applicable software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipeline maintenance activities through directing technicians and project management.
• Provide guidance to resolve operational problems and coordinate with shared service departments.
• Support capital projects via commissioning activities and budgeting.
• Ensure equipment reliability and preventive maintenance program adherence.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and manage maintenance expense budgets and re-forecast when needed.
• Suggest improvements through capital and expense project submissions.
• Provide supervision relief during emergencies or business needs.
