Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in mechanical or civil engineering with relevant pipeline experience.
• Alternative: ABET-accredited degree in engineering technology with FE and pipeline experience.
• Master's degree in mechanical or civil engineering with pipeline experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipeline design from concept through design completion.
• Modify and review production drawings for transmission and distribution pipelines.
• Design pipeline components per project needs and manager requirements.
• Apply standard pipeline engineering techniques and procedures.
• Research data, write specifications, and assess feasibility of applications.
• Update drawings in CAD software and prepare client presentations.
• Perform field inspections and calculations for public and private clients.
• Complies with policies and standards.
