• Requires a High School Diploma/GED and 12+ years of related experience on projects, including 7+ years on large to mega projects.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides project leadership to establish project strategies, plans and construction execution philosophy.
• Performs review and acceptance of contractor schedules and budgets; ensures contract changes follow requirements.
• Ensures safety, health and environmental regulations are followed by employees and contractors.
• Expedites engineering and procurement to support construction.
• Leads construction closeout, including data books and lessons learned.
• Develops an enterprise construction quality program and ensures inspector qualification and permit compliance.
• Mentors others.
• Other duties as assigned.
