Job summary

Williams in Pittsburgh is seeking a Construction Manager Staff to lead natural gas pipeline facility and related construction projects. You will develop strategic practices and drive execution, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across teams and contractors.

Responsibilities include establishing project strategies, reviewing schedules and budgets, expediting engineering and procurement, and guiding project closeout and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of twelve (12) years’ related experience on small to mega projects, including seven (7) years on large to mega projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in process facility construction or pipeline construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides project leadership to establish project strategies, plans and construction execution philosophy.
• Reviews contractor's construction schedule and budget and ensures changes comply with requirements.
• Ensures safety, health and environmental regulations and permits are followed by employees and contractors.
• Expedites engineering and procurement to support construction.
• Leads construction closeout, including data books, project completion reports, and lessons learned.
• Develops an enterprise construction quality program and ensures inspector qualification and permits compliance.
