Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an experienced engineer to support the Natural Gas Pipelines segment. You will contribute to capital projects, maintenance of engineering standards, and safety-driven operations across PHAs, MOC, and regulatory compliance.

The role covers design & drafting support, regulatory guidance, and day-to-day operations collaboration within the NGP Engineering Design and Standards team, with a Sunset 12–24 months on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, operations and/or project management.
• Experience with transmission/gathering pipelines, gas measurement, processing and/or storage operations.
• Knowledge of pipelines, regulatory requirements, codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct, perform, coordinate and/or approve design, procurement, construction, or optimization of company assets including pipelines, facilities, and related infrastructure.
• Provide engineering support on equipment design, pipeline sizing, control, and facility design and maintenance.
• Oversee project management activities: bid proposals, cost management, MOC, scheduling, progress reports, and change orders.
• Mentor engineers and act as SME in pipeline systems, regulatory compliance, and optimization initiatives.
