Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Technical training or Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Foreman Pipefitter preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, inspects, and performs assembly, installation, and repair of piping systems.
• Plans work packages, manages schedules, staffing, and equipment usage.
• Coaches and mentors craft workers; verifies staff certifications during scheduling.
• Inspects ongoing and completed work for conformance to specifications.
• Maintains safety by identifying hazards and performing safety observations.
• Coordinates material storage, tool inventory, and ensures submittal compliance.
