Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a skilled pipefitter at foreman level to perform pipefitting and fabrication for maintenance, repair, and installation of piping systems in our facilities near Freeport, TX.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of pipefitting or equivalent experience, ability to read blueprints, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality across complex piping projects in industrial environments. Valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and drawings to determine specifications for installations.
• Able to read and interpret piping layouts and drawings with accuracy.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on industrial piping projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with crew.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings to determine specifications for installations.
• Installs and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Measures, cuts, threads and bends pipe to required angles.
• Build estimates for work to be completed.
• Inspects structure to identify obstructions and ensure safe installation.
• Tests completed work and makes necessary adjustments.
• Maintains work logs and supervises others on major installations.
