TP Mechanical is seeking an experienced pipefitter/welder to coordinate, lay out, install, and repair commercial piping systems on multiple projects in Dayton, OH. The role requires field fabrication, copper welding, and fit-up work to meet project schedules.

Candidates should have at least 5+ years of commercial pipefitting/welding experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably trade school training. OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver's license are desirable.

Qualifications

Experience in reading blueprints and interpreting specifications.
5+ years commercial pipefitting/welding experience in field operations.
Completion of apprenticeship or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

Coordinate, layout, fit up, install, assemble, and/or repair commercial piping systems including fixtures and equipment.
Perform field fabrication of piping systems and set up the project schedule.
Sweat, braze, and weld copper systems.
Install hangars or supports for piping systems.
Manage materials to ensure timely completion and optimize consumption.
Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
Inspect work-in-progress and completed work for conformance to contract and specs.
