Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Southwest is seeking experienced field foremen to lead project teams on site. You will promote safety culture, manage manpower, and ensure productive collaboration with subcontractors.

You will coordinate with project managers and trade supers, participate in head start and constructability reviews, and drive progress meetings to resolve issues and meet project schedules. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have sound knowledge of your trade profession and related mechanical/plumbing trades.
• Must understand OSHA requirements as they apply to construction.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with diverse field personnel and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Promote CSUSASW Safety Culture.
• Stress team approach and accountability for 3-week look ahead.
• Assist foreman with manpower planning and execution.
• Manage apprentices-to-journeyman ratios on projects.
• Oversee subcontractor field productivity and coordination.
• Identify and recruit talent for strong field teams.
• Provide training to build professional field teams.
• Attend head start, constructability, and progress meetings and share insights.
• Ensure foremen attend and participate in key meetings.
• Coordinate with trade supers for optimal foreman selection.
• Involve BIM/VDC processes from start to finish.
