Qualifications

• Experience interpreting construction blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate field operations effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and working in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture across CSUSA SW and site teams.
• Review project plans, specs and scopes with project management.
• Prepare detailed 3-week lookahead schedules and allocate manpower.
• Coordinate with General Foreman/Superintendent on crew needs.
• Inspect installation quality and enforce code standards daily.
• Maintain company assets and tools per policy.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to journeymen/apprentices.
• Build relationships with general contractors and engineers.
• Lead onsite staff meetings and coordinate with trades.
• Keep as‑builts and progress drawings up to date.
