Responsibilities

• Lay out complete jobs and install components to specification.
• Assemble Filter Regulator Lubricator and valve packs.
• Read pneumatic drawings and bend tubing as necessary.

Job description

• At least 10 yrs experience as a pipefitter within a machine tool environment
• Must be able to lay out complete jobs.
• Must be able to assemble Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) and valve packs
• Must be able to read pneumatic drawings
• Must be able to bench bend 25mm high pressure tubing
• Must be able to hand bend all sizes of tubing
• Must be familiar with Eo2 and all other fittings very well
• Must have own tools
• Responsible for layout and installation of all components to specification.
• Ability to bend any tube applicable to system needed: hydraulics, pneumatics, coolants and lube
• Ability to fabricate brackets and mounting systems
• Ability to bench-bend, hand-bend, power-bend metric and standard tubing
• Screw pipe, Victaulic, flange on flange
• Problem solve and trouble shoot
