L&L Fabrication, Inc. is seeking a Welder III (Pipe Welder) for full-time work at one of our welding facilities in Loveland, CO. The role emphasizes complex joints, NDT-driven quality, and teamwork to develop welding processes and train others.

The position offers competitive pay of $30.00–$40.00 per hour with a $2.00/hr night shift differential on second shift and requires strong adherence to safety and quality standards in an ASME-coded environment.

Qualifications

• Code Welding Experience (ASME Sec. 8/9, B31.3, AWS D1.1, AWS D17.1).
• Mechanical aptitude required for precision welding and setup.
• Operational understanding of a manufacturing environment and safe shop practices.
• Ownership attitude and willingness to teach and learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Weld Non-Code and Code articles to satisfactory quality.
• Operate GMAW, FCAW, SMAW per WPS.
• Receive 6G Certification prior to hire date/OTJ Welder II.
• Weld to expectation and meet 100% NDT joint requirements.
• Handle materials with accuracy and efficiency and operate shop equipment safely.
• Lead the introduction of new procedures (PQRs/WPSs).
• Plan work orders, assemble tools/materials, and fabricate parts as instructed.
