L&L Fabrication is seeking a 2nd shift Pipe Welder (Welder III) to operate in a fulltime capacity at one of our welding facilities. The role focuses on complex joint work, NDT, and potential process improvements for the team.

The Welder III must pass 3G/6G weld tests and work with GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW per WPS. The position offers a $2 shift differential and requires commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient welding skills and ability to perform complex joints.
• Ability to read and interpret welding procedures and drawings.
• Willingness to train others and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Weld Non-Code and Code articles to satisfactory quality.
• Perform GMAW, FCAW, SMAW per WPS.
• Maintain safety and keep work area clean and organized.
• Operate shop tools and equipment safely.
• Lead introduction of new procedures (PQRs/WPSs).
• Plan work orders and gather needed tools/materials.
