Qualifications

• SCUBA certification and ability to pass swim tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily care and behavioral conditioning of pinnipeds.
• Coordinate daily and long-term training goals, enrichment, and staff development.
• Develop and implement training projects to enhance care, guest experience, and public relations.
• Lead daily pinniped show performances and ensure high show quality.
• Mentor junior staff, volunteers, and apprentices in training and care.
