ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks an experienced IT Administrator to manage complex IT projects across multiple disciplines, including PingFederate, authentication, and governance. You will lead senior IT staff and ensure secure, highly available identity federation services.

You will configure SAML/OIDC connections, maintain certificates, document processes, and drive modernization with Citrix, VMware, and Linux platforms while collaborating with business teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 8–15 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products (Windows 7/8, Windows Server, Office, SharePoint 2013, Lync 2013).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system/hardware/software/network problems.
• Experience with Citrix, SAN storage, VMware (vCenter); knowledge of RHEL and Oracle databases is a plus.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end management, configuration, and operational oversight of PingFederate within the Ganges project.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and highly available identity federation services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for authentication/authorization and governance.
• Oversee PingFederate platform management to maintain reliability and security.
• Configure SAML, OAuth, and OIDC connections and develop authentication policies.
