Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Senior Application Engineer for Planogram & Space Planning Systems to lead technical ownership and support across enterprise applications. You will partner with Merchandising, Space Planning, and vendors to design, test, and deploy solutions that optimize floor planning and master data across retail ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise retail applications.
• 7+ years implementing or administering planogram/space planning software.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues in complex environments.
• Experience with SaaS and on-premise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise planogram/space planning apps; provide L2/L3 support and upgrades.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and drive testing and releases.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, PIM, data warehouses, and reporting systems.
• Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Space Planning, and vendors on enhancements.
