Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building large, complex structural projects.
• Prior experience with piling installation.
• Experience managing union craft.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work.
• Ensure tools, resources and procedures align with design documents, policies and budgets.
• Oversee safety, quality, and schedule compliance on site.
