Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Senior Instructor to lead high-energy, music-driven classes and elevate instructor performance while upholding our brand standards. This role mentors the team and plays a pivotal part in studio culture.

You will coach instructors through evaluations, support onboarding, and help plan class delivery. The Senior Instructor collaborates with Studio Leads to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience and maintains consistent operational practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of Level 3 teaching experience at JETSET (or equivalent Pilates experience).
• Maintain a minimum of 6 classes per week at home studio.
• Maintain ≤20% sub rate over a rolling 60-day period.
• Availability during non-peak hours for specialty classes and team support.
• Strong alignment with JETSET brand, energy, and community standards.
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, results-driven classes that reflect JETSET's signature style and uphold brand standards.
• Lead by example in class flow, client engagement, professionalism, and studio presence.
• Coach and develop instructors through mentorship, class evaluations, and ongoing feedback.
• Support instructor onboarding, shadowing, and continued education to ensure consistency in programming and delivery.
• Act as a key resource for the team, assisting with class planning, troubleshooting, and overall instructor performance.
• Foster a strong, collaborative team culture that aligns with JETSET values and elevates the studio experience.
• Partner with Studio Leads to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience across all studio interactions.
• Support studio operations by maintaining consistency in documentation, substitutions, and established processes.
• Step in as a leadership point of contact when needed to support the team and overall studio performance.
