Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience and demonstrate exemplary leadership and coaching skills. This role emphasizes community engagement and collaboration, ensuring a high-touch client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Level 3 teaching experience or equivalent Pilates experience.
• Maintain a minimum of 6 classes per week at home studio.
• Strong alignment with brand energy and community standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy classes reflecting JETSET’s signature style.
• Coach and develop instructors through mentorship and evaluations.
• Support studio operations and maintain documentation consistency.
