The role requires a J.D. and active Texas Bar, plus 5+ PI trials and formal management experience. Compensation includes a $200K base salary with a team bonus, reflecting the firm’s scale and results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong Texas PI litigation experience.
• Prior formal managerial background.
