Job summary

Oliver Law Office is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage the personal injury/wrongful death docket in Ohio. You will handle deadlines, discovery, depositions, and trial prep while leveraging Filevine, LeadDocket, and firm-approved AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Excellent organization, attention to deadlines, and detail.
• Experience drafting discovery and responses and supporting depositions.

Responsibilities

• Own the litigation calendar: deadlines, hearings, and trial dates.
• Draft and respond to written discovery from templates.
• Assemble and verify discovery responses and coordinate productions.
• Support depositions: scheduling, notices, subpoenas, and exhibits.
• Prepare medical chronologies and damages summaries for cases.
• E-file in Ohio courts and coordinate with local counsel.
• Draft routine motions from our forms and manage trial preparation.
• Use Filevine and LeadDocket to streamline workflows and keep data clean.
