Qualifications

• JD and active license in good standing.
• 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience supervising or managing other attorneys preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Excellent leadership, legal analysis, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with legal case management systems and litigation workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee our personal injury litigation team, supervising litigation attorneys and providing strategic legal guidance.
• Monitor case progression and attorney performance to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Develop attorneys, manage department priorities, improve workflows, and maintain high client service and case quality.
