This on-site role focuses on litigation and trials, handling files through progression to settlements or trials. The firm offers stability, ample leads, strong support staff, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements include California bar admission, a law degree from an accredited school, and a minimum of 3 years PI experience. Excellent compensation is available.

Formación

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume; volume firm.
• Open to trying cases.

Responsabilidades

• Handle litigation files through progression to settlement or trials.
• Explain the process to clients clearly.
• Draft documents including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
