Jobot is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Federal Way and Tacoma team. You will manage a heavy caseload spanning slip and fall, medical malpractice, wrongful death, car accidents, and brain injury, with a focus on achieving just results for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Proven background in personal injury law, including slip and fall, malpractice, wrongful death, car accidents, brain injury.
• Excellent negotiation skills with cost-effective resolutions.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex legal issues.
• Strong litigation skills with trial prep, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases.
• Commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-driven.
• Team-oriented collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Investigate cases to determine potential value and liability.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather facts.
