The ideal candidate will have a JD with active bar admission, extensive litigation experience in PI, and proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in litigation with a focus on personal injury law.
• Strong skills in legal research and drafting; proficiency with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent negotiation skills with successful client outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury case docket from filing to resolution.
• Provide representation in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, motions, and briefs.
• Oversee discovery processes, including depositions and document requests.
• Collaborate with legal staff to streamline case preparation.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
• Assist with training junior attorneys and legal marketing efforts.
