Qualifications

• Experience in handling professional indemnity solicitors claims at an insurance company, adjuster, broker, or law firm.
• Excellent organisational, investigation, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Professionalism and understanding of regulatory and statutory standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage complex and high value Financial and Specialty Markets claims efficiently.
• Support the implementation of the Claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets.
• Manage disputed Claims and other material Claims issues to resolve claims on an economic basis.
