Job summary

Avrek Law Firm in Newport Beach is seeking experienced Personal Injury Case Managers to oversee the development of PI cases, deliver top-tier client care, and help maximize settlements for our clients.

You will handle a high volume of pre-litigation cases, review medical records, communicate with clients, and coordinate with medical providers, insurance, and witnesses. This on-site California role offers competitive hourly pay and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of PI case management experience.
Knowledge of medical treatment and case value assessment.
Professional demeanor and motivation.
Ability to work independently with high caseload.
Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage a large volume of PI pre-litigation cases.
Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and coordinate treatment.
Frequent contact with clients to provide updates and explain medical treatment.
Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures.
Open claims with insurance companies and request health insurance liens.
Assist clients with property damage claims.
Gather and organize documentation such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
Prepare and submit demands.
