Job summary

NACBA is a fast-paced personal injury firm seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing team in Chicago. This role involves handling a high-volume, high-value caseload with substantial earning potential.

You will manage approximately 80–90 PI files, shepherd cases from intake to settlement or trial, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with a support team to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload.
• Strong negotiation and case management skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of successful settlements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 80–90 personal injury files.
• Handle cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients to maximize recovery.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated support team.
