Agnello & Rogers is a Chicago-based personal injury law firm seeking an experienced attorney to join a fast-paced, high-earning environment. The role offers substantial earning potential and a base salary with a generous commission on fees earned.

You will manage a heavy caseload, handle cases from intake through settlement or trial, negotiate settlements, and work closely with a supportive team to maximize client recovery.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 80–90 personal injury files
• Handle cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients to maximize recovery
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated support team

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to independently manage a substantial caseload

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $125,000 – $150,000
• A percentage of all fees earned on files that you settle or otherwise resolve
• Total earning potential: $300,000 – $400,000+ annually
• 3 weeks paid vacation
