Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking a Senior Physicist and All Source Analyst in Charlottesville, VA or Reston, VA to support defense analytical requirements and intelligence programs. The role requires TS/SCI with CI poly and a strong background in all-source analysis and technical writing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of intelligence experience (or 12+ years without a degree), experience with ICD 203/206 and the DIA writing style, and the ability to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of intelligence experience, or 12+ years without a degree.
Experience conducting all-source analytic production on nuclear programs, including production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, systems employment, security, and vulnerabilities of facilities and stockpiles.

Responsibilities

Support defense analytical requirements with capability or limitation analysis and vulnerability assessments.
Conduct independent research, modeling, and technical writing; advise allied engineering disciplines on optics, acoustics, semiconductors, lasers, weapon development, and testing.
Identify characteristics of hard and deeply buried targets and provide actionable leads.
