Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking a Senior Physicist and All Source Analyst for Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, with priority for current poly within 7 years.

8+ years in intelligence with a degree, or 12+ years without a degree, are acceptable. Responsibilities include supporting defense analytical requirements, applying physics disciplines, and delivering tailored, ICD‑compliant products and briefings on complex targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of intelligence experience, or 12+ years of intelligence experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience conducting all-source analytic production on nuclear programs, facilities, stockpiles, and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of applying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Support defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific research, capability or limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis or characterizations, and facility and vulnerability assessments.
• Support interdisciplinary fields of physics such as astrophysics, biophysics, directed energy weapons, and geophysics.
• Conduct independent research, modeling, and advisory briefings on optics, acoustics, semiconductors, lasers, weapons development, testing, and target characteristics.
