Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking a Physicist and All Source Analyst in Charlottesville, VA or Reston, VA. The senior position requires TS/SCI clearance with CI poly and a background in all-source intelligence related to nuclear programs.

The candidate will conduct independent research, write analytic products, and briefing leadership on complex threats. A Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years, or 12+ years without a degree, are required due to mission demands.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting all-source analytic production on nuclear programs, including production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, systems employment, security, and vulnerabilities of facilities and stockpiles.
• Knowledge of applying and querying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases.
• Ability to independently develop high-quality tailored deliverables, including actionable leads and ICD-compliant written products.

Responsibilities

• Support defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific research, capability or limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis or characterizations, and facility and vulnerability assessments.
• Support interdisciplinary fields of physics such as astrophysics, biophysics, directed energy weapons, and geophysics.
• Conduct independent research, modeling, and briefings on related technologies and targets.
