RWJBarnabas Health in West Orange, NJ seeks a Physician Recruitment Manager to drive recruitment processes within the Physician Development Department. You will lead a large team of recruitment specialists and collaborate with senior leadership to attract and retain top physicians and advanced providers across New Jersey.

You will guide sourcing initiatives, manage metrics, and oversee physician employment agreements and contracting policies while partnering with internal departments to support

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of recruitment experience, physician/advanced practice provider recruitment preferred.
• Previous recruitment management experience in healthcare is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with staffing in coordination with residency and fellowship programs can be an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of physician recruiters and experience specialists.
• Track recruitment activity, open-position reports, and provide updates to leadership and hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing initiatives across job boards, direct mail, professional organizations, associations, conferences, and residency programs.
• Support Resident Development initiatives and conduct career workshops and consultations.
• Report team metrics to the Vice President of Provider Recruitment; manage employment agreements and compensation discussions.
• Lead executive-level physician searches and assist with candidate interviews as needed.
• Coordinate credentialing-related documentation with internal departments.
