Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive work experience in project management and process improvement.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• PM certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred but not required.
• Microsoft Office Suite including Project and Visio highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and control schedule, cost, and performance risks for assigned projects.
• Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities across projects.
• Develop deep knowledge of project programs and business plans; coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Communicate effectively with management and employees to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
